PMA Cleanroom Direct Thermal label is 100% synthetic film with thermal imaging top coating, special topcoat surface provides low ionic extraction level, features low outgassing. The products come with low outgassing Ultra removable adhesive and reduced silicone release liner reduces cross-contamination concern in cleanroom and critical environment application.

PMA 2074 is a thermal cleanroom label that comes with a matte white BOPP based synthetic film. A special resin topcoat provide excellent chemical resistance and good thermal transfer printing image with most resin & combination ribbons, surface treated for better ink writing, or printing.  This product exhibits ultra-low ionic extraction levels and durable performance in micro-electronic cleanroom applications.

Adhesive - An Acrylic-based removable adhesive with excellent aging resistance, featuring low outgassing with good removability on the substrate such as stainless steel and polycarbonate without leaving any adhesive residue.
